Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to upholding high standards of hygiene.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
Remove trash and recycling from all areas, ensuring proper disposal methods are followed.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs to management.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or event preparation.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any maintenance issues or concerns.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
