Housekeeper/Groundskeeper
Seeking a housekeeper/groundskeeper to clean apartment buildings, common areas, and clubhouses.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning of clubhouse and office.
- Cleaning of weight rooms (thoroughly wiping down equipment).
- Cleaning of restrooms (cleaning toilet bowls, mopping floors, replenishing toilet paper etc.).
- Cleaning of party room.
- Trash removal from clubhouses, offices, parking lots, driveways,buildings, pools, and common areas
- Sprucing vacant apartments.
- Vacuum/carpet cleaning of hallways
- Perform any additional needed cleaning of hallways.
- Performs other reasonable duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must have and maintain personal auto insurance.
