We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supevisor to oversee and lead our housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping leadership, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.
*Responsibilities*
- Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping staff's daily activities
- Train new employees on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and routines
- Handle customer complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
*Skills*
- Experience in hotel or hospitality housekeeping management
- Proficiency in floor care techniques and industrial cleaning practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of custodial operations and best practices
