20-25 hours per week Sundays, Monday's, Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is great supplemental income for someone already working housekeeping / janitorial in the area. Please feel free to apply if you are working retail and have cleaning duties or a cleaning background in general.

Will perform janitorial duties solo, responsible for meeting the janitorial specifications of each building's contract. Cleaning Technician will be responsible for all station cleaning, end of shift checklist and rotationally cleaning.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Technician will be appointed as key holder and will be in charge of building security.
Janitorial duties will include, but not be limited to, cleaning restrooms, mopping floors, vacuuming, cleaning offices, cleaning glass, trash removal, restocking paper products, tracking inventory and paper product usage as requested by supervisor in keeping with contract requirements.
Advanced Cleaning- Exterior window cleaning.
Quality Control - Monitor the quality of your own work. And making sure any rework required is completed and self managing.
Equipment - Performing general maintenance of equipment, unclogging vacuums, changing out bags and filters etc.. Assure that equipment is handled properly to insure longevity, general cleaning and wipe downs of equipment are required after every use.
Skills and Abilities
-Janitorial, flooring, carpet and window experience preferred but not necessary
-Attention to Detail
-Ability to work unsupervised
-Willingness to develop new skills
Requirements
Live in the Tioga, Stanley, Powers Lake or Newtown area
-Willingness to work one evening shift Mon, Tue, Thu between 4-11pm
-Ability to drive to Newtown and Tioga
-Commitment to 4 shifts per week
-Availability Sunday between 10am and 6pm
-Undertake ongoing training
