Job Description:
As a member of our Housekeeping/Laundry team, your primary goal will be to ensure that every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. Your efforts will directly contribute to the exceptional experiences that keep our guests coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and check the housekeeping lists daily.
- Communicate and share vital information related to hotel operations, guest needs, and services.
Perform all necessary housekeeping and laundry duties, including but not limited to:
- Disinfecting, sanitizing, and cleaning all indoor and outdoor public areas, such as the lobby, bathrooms, and guest laundry facilities.
- Cleaning guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, locker rooms, and other assigned areas.
- Abiding by material safety data sheet regulations when handling chemicals.
- Moving and arranging furniture, and dusting/polishing furniture, metalwork, and equipment.
- Sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors with appropriate tools and machinery.
- Vacuuming rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
- Collecting soiled linens for laundering and managing linen supplies.
- Cleaning and replenishing bathrooms with necessary supplies.
- Stocking the housekeeping cart with the required supplies for the shift.
- Washing walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills as needed.
- Greet guests warmly and ensure their needs are met with a friendly attitude.
- Conduct daily housekeeping audits and property walks to ensure all areas meet our high standards.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies on conduct, attendance, uniform, and appearance.
