We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
- Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are sanitized effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and efficiency in all tasks performed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of custodial practices, including proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every task performed.
- Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to adapt to varying client needs.
