Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
- Manage vendor relationships, including ordering office supplies and coordinating maintenance services
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with billing clients
- Supervise staff and provide guidance when needed
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk area
- Answer phone calls and provide clients with quotes and information about our business
- Maintain employee records

-Client problem and resolution
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Google office suite
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
