Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities as needed
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties, such as mopping and sweeping
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and decor
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks
- Remove trash and replace liners
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Manager
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness, safety, and security
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of housekeeping management techniques is a plus
- Experience in the hospitality industry or related field preferred
- Familiarity with custodial practices and industrial cleaning equipment is beneficial
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within allotted timeframes
