About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Non Union Janitor to join our team at CE Corporate Headquarters. As a Non Union Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors. You will be expected to perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be crucial to your success in this role. You will report to the Facilities Manager and work closely with other members of the facilities team to ensure that our building is always in top condition.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a corporate environment
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and carpet cleaners

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and break rooms
Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Facilities Manager
Assist with other facilities-related tasks as needed

Skills

As a Non Union Janitor, you will use your attention to detail and strong communication skills to ensure that our building is always clean and safe for our employees and visitors. You will also use your physical strength and ability to lift and move heavy objects to perform your daily tasks. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation will be beneficial in this role. Additionally, you will work closely with other members of the facilities team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
