Specific Responsibilities:
This is a part-time OPS position working 15 hours per week. This position serves as the facilities custodian and works under the general supervision of the Operations & Mgmt Consultant and is responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the facilities.
This position performs janitorial duties including but not limited to:
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, carpet cleaning, striping and waxing floors.
- Dusting, cleaning, and polishing offices, waiting room furniture and fixtures.
- Emptying and cleaning waste receptacles.
- Maintaining restroom facilities in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Cleaning and sanitizing exam rooms.
- Washing windows and doors.
- Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper usage, and safety precautions are followed.
Perform minor repairs to cleaning equipment.
Re-arrange furniture and equipment as requested.
Maintain outside premises, including sweeping walks, picking up liter, cleaning windows etc.
Incumbent requires maintaining valid state license to use county vehicle to courier satellite clinics as directed by supervisor or administrator.
Perform other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work before, during, and/or beyond normal work hours.
- Must possess and maintain a valid state Driver’s License.
- Must have high school diploma or GED.
- Must have experience maintaining restroom facilities in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Must have experience with outside premises cleaning to including sweeping walks, picking up liter, cleaning windows, pressure washing, etc.
- Must have the ability to push/pull/lift up to 45 lbs., kneel, walk, and stand for extended periods of the time during your shift.
- Must have ability to read and understand labels and operating instructions on equipment and chemical containers.
