Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial property, ensuring all areas are maintained to high standards.
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming.
- Execute custodial tasks such as dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash bins.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring the environment is safe and welcoming.
- Carry out industrial cleaning duties in designated areas, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with custodial practices and facilities maintenance techniques.
- Knowledge of floor care methods including buffing and general upkeep.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently.
- Ability to work independently without individual guidance.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
