Previous mechanical, electrical, HVAC, pressure washing, janitorial cleaning, or kitchen exhaust hood cleaning experience is preferred but not required
Technician must:
- MUST have a valid Driver's License with personal transportation to and from our office or the job site.
- Have a professional appearance, fluent in English
- Have excellent attention to detail, and be able to work quickly and efficiently
- Reliable dependability to work the schedule that you choose
- Be able to complete projects, in a timely manner, from start to finish with limited supervision and doing it right the first time.
Job duties will include performing preventative maintenance by cleaning the commercial kitchen exhaust system, maintaining the cleanliness of company tools, equipment, and vehicles each night and other tasks as assigned.
Possession of a valid Driver's License with good driving record, reliable transportation, a clean background and can pass a drug test. Previous experience in the field is preferred, not required, but proficiency in all areas of service and maintenance is good to have. Ability to handle physical workload including heavy lifting, climbing, working from ladders or rooftops, working in hot temperatures. Must maintain good working order and organization of company vehicle. Must maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in vehicle. Will be required to travel to multiple jobsites and communicate with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and any delays are communicated to customers. Will participate in company provided training on customer service and service techniques.
