Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and safe for clients and employees. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned according to company standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols is a plus.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must have a valid drivers license and transportation
