We are seeking a Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team and help with catering events.Responsibilities:- Prepare food for catering events- Follow recipes and presentation specifications- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation- Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areasExperience:- At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred- Knowledge of cooking techniques such as braising, baking, roasting oven, etc.- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation proceduresBenefits:- Competitive pay based on experience- Flexible scheduling- Opportunities for advancement within the companyRequirements:- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment- Must have reliable transportationJob Type: Part-time
