Job Description:
As an Experienced Carpet, Tile, and Air Duct Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services and promoting our offerings to clients. You will leverage your expertise to assess, clean, and maintain various surfaces, ensuring they meet our company’s standards for cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional carpet, tile, and air duct cleaning services using various techniques and equipment.
- Assess the condition of carpets, tiles, and air ducts to determine the appropriate cleaning methods.
- Pre-treat stains, apply cleaning solutions, and operate cleaning machines and other related equipment.
- Conduct sales consultations to promote our cleaning services and upsell additional treatments.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions.
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Perform additional cleaning duties as needed, such as upholstery and rug cleaning.
Qualifications:
- Experience preferred. Professional carpet, tile, and air duct cleaning.
- Proven sales experience with the ability to upsell and promote services.
- Proficiency with cleaning techniques and equipment for carpets, tiles, and air ducts.
- Strong understanding of various surface types, stains, and cleaning solutions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cleaning is a plus.

Pay: $21.50 - $23.00 per hour
