We specialize in professional, high-quality carpet cleaning that dries in less than 2 hours and delivers the best possible service. Our other services include drapery and blinds cleaning, rug cleaning, and upholstery cleaning. We work with many homeowners in various communities and have extensive experience with commercial carpets. Who We're Looking For:
Rugsies Carpet Cleaning is looking for a full-time Lead Cleaning Technician who is extremely professional, dependable, and highly personable to join our team. There is significant room for advancement with our company as we are growing quickly. Having a strong background in sales and the service industry is a plus. We offer a competitive salary with a flexible schedule. Experience in this industry is helpful but not required, as we provide in-depth on-site training to help you learn the ins and outs of the business.

Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:
- Must be able to drive a large van.
- Creating estimates/quotes for homeowners and businesses.
- Conducting inspections.
- Learning and using the skills of our method of carpet cleaning.
- Having a strong focus on sales.
- Educating each customer on the services we offer and how we clean.
Cleaning Technician Skills:
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment up and down stairs/in and out of houses.
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday (sometimes weekends).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be someone we can trust.
- Must have a great attitude all the time.
- Must follow procedures all the time.
Schedule Availability:
- Availability required is Monday through Friday and weekends as needed.
- The availability of time required is between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
