Job Responsibilities:
- Perform residential house cleaning tasks, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
- Follow company standards to ensure homes are cleaned thoroughly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every clean.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing updates on job status when needed.
- Handle cleaning supplies and equipment with care, ensuring safe and proper use.
- Report any issues or damages encountered during cleaning to the appropriate supervisor.
- [For Trainers] Mentor and train new team members, sharing best practices and ensuring high-quality service across the team.
