Job Overview

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to management.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns regarding housekeeping services.
- Maintain an organized work area and adhere to schedules for cleaning tasks.

Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial duties is a plus.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
