Residential Pool Maintenance Technician
Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 7AM Start Time, Excellent Work/Life Balance!
Signing Bonus: $250 after 60 Days
Full Time Pay: From $650/Week up to $1400/Week

The Residential Pool Maintenance Technician manages a swimming pool route that includes cleaning of swimming pools each week and manage a daily schedule of equipment repair tasks.
Tasks include:
- Managing truck inventory of equipment
- Properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool weekly
- Spot upsell opportunities outside of the repair call
- Utilize Jobber mobile platform on a smart phone
Purpose:
- Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the weekly service of customers’ pools and identification of any pool related issues
Essential Functions:
- Provide weekly customer maintenance and cleaning of customers’ pools
- Identify any issues with equipment and report to the proper personnel
- Communicate the status of the pool with the homeowner
- Ensure all activities are performed in a safe manner
Required:
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- The ability to lift 100 pounds
- Ability to work outside in a variety of temperatures
- Prior experience is not needed - we will train the right candidate who has a good work ethic and mechanical aptitude
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Self-motivated, self-starter
- Comfortable in the use of chemicals
- Experience in customer service preferred
Work Environment/Hours:
- This position works outside at customers’ homes
