Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our facilities.

Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
-Unit turns and construction cleans, clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and stairways
- Perform floor care duties including buffing, waxing, and polishing floors
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed

Skills
- Experience in commercial cleaning and custodial duties
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques
- Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Familiarity with floor care procedures such as buffing
- Experience in residential painting is a plus
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Required

Drug testing and background

Hours: 9:00 am to 2:30 pm

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

This position requires a candidate with hands-on experience in custodial duties, commercial cleaning, and industrial cleaning. The ideal candidate should also possess skills in floor buffing, residential and construction painting, as well as knowledge of facilities maintenance and porter responsibilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $15.75 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
