About the Job:
As a cleaning technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes and businesses are sparkling and refreshed. You will work independently/solo or be part of a team to complete a variety of cleaning tasks, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Clean two houses daily—one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, cleaning kitchen, bathrooms, making beds, cleaning windows, cleaning stove, oven, refrigerator, sweeping, clean patios, sweeping garage, folding clothes/towels, blankets, wash and fold cleaning towels, straightening and creating a tidy appearance, other cleaning related activities and general cleaning tasks as needed.
Follow cleaning checklists to meet or exceed client expectations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and care for cleaning equipment.
Provide high-quality cleaning services in homes and businesses.
Ensure homes are left spotless and up to our high standards.
Communicate with clients about their preferences and ensure they're satisfied with the service.
Work independently or with a team, managing your time to complete two homes per day.

Requirements:
Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
Must be able to work solo and clean 1–2 homes per day.
Must have a reliable vehicle to travel between job sites.
Ability to pass a background check.
Comfortable with all types of cleaning tasks, must enjoy cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, making beds, dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming washing, folding towels, cleaning oven and refrigerator.
Must be pet-friendly. Most clients have dogs and cats.
Must be able to carry cleaning products and equipment in your vehicle to and from clients’ homes.
- Willing to service homes in Warrenton, Bealeton, Marshall, Amissville, Gainesville, Haymarket, Centreville, Fairfax, Culpepper, Midland, Catlett, Prince William, Fauquier, Fairfax, and Culpeper counties, and surrounding areas.
