About the Role
Stetco’s increasing capacity and need to keep pace with ever-growing market success has created a rare opening in our shop. We are seeking a Warehouse Technician to work with the Parts Manager, Purchasing Manager and Director of Operations to receive, stow, kit and ship products for customers and the production and service teams. Will process inventory control transactions, cycle counting, item master and location updates . Tech savviness and curiosity will take you far in this role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition against packing slips.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs on a regular basis and up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Securely pack and ship outgoing orders according to customer specifications and carrier guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using our warehouse management system.
- Assist with warehouse tasks like stocking shelves and conducting inventory cycle counts (may vary depending on needs)
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (may require additional training and certification).
- Assist inventory team through data entry to ensure item master integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
MINIMUM & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid Driver’s license
- Prior stockroom and warehouse experience preferred
- Detail oriented, with good attendance and attitude.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.
- Ability to apply mathematical formulas to calculate commissions and discounts.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Computer literacy and familiarity of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience and familiarity with ERP operating systems (highly preferred)
- Forklift certification (preferred)
COMPENSATION
Competitive salary for this position, with an anticipated range of $ 18.00 - $ 21.00 hourly, will be commensurate with prior experience and qualifications.

Physical Demands of Critical Job Functions
