Come join The Best Houscleaning Housecleaning Company In The Villages! 3 years and we are GROWING!! We are seeking a couple of dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential properties. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently as well as with a team. If you take pride in your work and enjoy creating clean, welcoming environments, we want to hear from you. Professional and Personal references will be needed. Background check and drug test require. Own car required (we dont carpool)
Duties
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
- Carry out carpet cleaning procedures to ensure carpets are fresh and well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Manage housecleaning tasks effectively while adhering to established cleaning protocols and schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness in commercial spaces, ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of housecleaning management practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment used for floor care and sanitization.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while completing assigned tasks.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every job performed.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
