*FULL TIME (5 days a week) and PART TIME (3 days a week) positions available. Be home for dinner every night! No weekends.
*PAID Travel Time between jobs!
We are based out of Jupiter, Florida. We primarily clean high-end private residences. We pay travel time and jobs are anywhere from Jupiter, West Palm Beach and Stuart.
Cleaner Perks:
-On the job training.
-Pay increases can be expected for employees who show dedication to the job and commitment to the company.
-Overtime pay and tips (tips are at the discretion of our clients).
-We provide the transportation between jobs and the cleaning products.
-Weekend hours can be sometimes available, but not compulsory.
-Earn overtime when you work over 40 hours per week!
Skills:
-Good level of fitness for you will be physically cleaning, it is a hands on role and your participation is crucial. Some days can be long! But other days are a much shorter and easier.
-Works well with others and can contribute to team success through hard work, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
-Enjoys seeing clients happy.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing residential spaces.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to specific cleaning requirements and preferences.
- Utilize floor care techniques to maintain cleanliness and appearance of various surfaces.
- Manage laundry duties efficiently and ensure proper handling of linens and clothing.
- Utilize janitorial and custodial experience to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Requirements:
-MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN CLEANING PRIVATE HOMES!
-Must be on-time and reliable. We do not tolerate call-outs!
-Must have your own reliable transportation; cannot count on another for a ride
-Must have a valid drivers license
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Must speak and understand English
-Is able to pass a background check and a drug test
