The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families, children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.
This position is responsible for the general upkeep of Park Avenue Facility, including its hallways, rest rooms, offices, other common areas, and resident rooms.

- Provides excellent internal and external customer service.
- Cleans resident rooms: windows, walls, floors, ceilings, window treatments, pipes or ductwork on a regular basis.
- Deep cleans resident rooms upon move outs and upon management’s request.
- Cleans all bathrooms: windows, walls, floors, ceilings, window treatments, pipes or ductwork, sinks, toilets, showers, and shower curtains.
- Cleans all hallways, offices and common areas: windows, walls, floors, ceilings, window treatments, pipes or ductwork, pictures, bulletin boards, doors, ramps, vending machines, public phones, rugs, electronic equipment, furniture, etc.
- Cleans dining room: windows, walls, floors, ceilings, window treatments, pipes or ductwork, pictures, bulletin boards, doors, vending machines, public phones, rugs, electronic equipment, furniture, etc.
- Regularly empties trash as necessary.
- Performs laundry duties for residents and laundry as part of turning rooms upon move outs.
- Attends all required staff meetings.
- Assists in special projects as assigned by the program manager or assistant manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Cleaning experience highly preferred.
