Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients.
We are primarily cleaning residential properties, but there are also some commercial settings we service.
Our service area is currently the areas between: Kennett, Poplar Bluff, Dexter, New Madrid, Malden, Caruthersville, Advance and Puxico.
Duties (including but not limited to)
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Sanitize surfaces and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials in accordance with established procedures.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
