Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily cleaning tasks in diverse commercial settings, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. This involves:

- Dusting surfaces, including furniture, light fixtures, and windowsills.
- Emptying trash and recycling bins while adhering to proper disposal protocols.
- Sanitation Protocols:
- Implement thorough sanitation procedures to ensure that all surfaces are properly cleaned and disinfected, particularly in high-touch areas such as:
- Door handles, light switches, and elevator buttons.
- Restroom fixtures and surfaces, ensuring they meet health standards.
- Extreme Cleaning Services:
- Conduct specialized deep cleaning for high-traffic or heavily soiled areas, including:
- Steam cleaning carpets and upholstery to remove stains and allergens.
- Cleaning and polishing hard surfaces, such as floors and countertops.
- Hazardous Cleaning:
- Safely manage hazardous cleaning tasks, which may include:

Qualifications:
- Experience:

- Transportation:
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between various job sites efficiently, ensuring punctuality and flexibility.

- Knowledge of Supplies and Equipment:
- Familiarity with proper cleaning supplies, equipment, and techniques is crucial. This includes:
