This position does require occasional afternoon shifts to cover delivery routes in the case that a delivery associate is out sick or on vacation. The route will be rotated amongst all logistic associates. There may also be daily driving for picking up and dropping off merchandise.
Job Description: We need an individual who is self-driven, detail-oriented, and who can work in a high-speed, team environment. Previous warehouse experience of 2-5 years is strongly preferred as you will be directly responsible for receiving and verifying inbound shipments against digital and physical Bill of Ladings/Purchase Orders/Invoices, courteously and efficiently fulfilling client orders, accurately logging serial numbers, and assisting in documentation processing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inventory of all goods, including sorting, counting, and organizing, and inspection for damages
- Coordinate transfers in and out of the warehouse, tracking all movements between sites as per company Standard Operating Procedure
- Document incoming and outgoing shipments and update stock digital and physical records to ensure the real-time, accurate stock status across multiple warehouses
- Maintain and document equipment, security, and safety information
- Pull parts against orders and pack them for fulfillment
- Load, transport, and deliver items to technicians/warehouse in a safe, timely manner
- Serve as a driver to drop off/pick up merchandise and equipment
- Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
- Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules
- Clean and organize warehouses, showroom, equipment, company vehicles and items in stock to provide a white glove customer experience

Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Bi-lingual: English and Spanish (preferred)
- Able to use a computer to input data (current working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop Platinum Advanced Inventory with RF Scanner, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access strongly preferred)
- Ability to multi-task and provide simultaneous support and communication to multiple parties (Clients, Dispatch, Warehouse Associates, Sales Representatives, Service Technicians, Inbound Freight teams, etc.)
- Ability to elicit support from peers, even those who are not direct reports
- Must be able to lift, pull, push, control and/or move with warehouse tools, heavy inventory potentially over 1,000 pounds safely (previous warehouse with OSHA guideline experience preferred)
- Physically fit and capable of manually lifting and moving heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
- Must be able to stand and walk for an extended time
- Organizational skills when arranging and cleaning
- Minimum Educational requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
