Experienced House Cleaning Supervisor needed to work in the South Bay for established and rapidly growing cleaning company.

You NEED to have transportation and understand we have little room for last minute calling out sick.

This is a full time position.
This position is a supervisory role but you will be cleaning houses as well.

What we are looking for:

Smart, responsible, honest and friendly individual who understands the hard work of house cleaning and willing to do it.
Applicants must be used to physical labor, standing for 8 hours a day
Five years of cleaning experience with references (residential, commercial, construction) is required.
Great people skills.
Ability to work well with others
Ability to take direction and communicate that direction to other employees in a respectful manner
Ability to interact with customers with empathy and be able to problem solve to make the customer happy
Must be legal to work in United States with documentation
Fluent in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
MUST have a valid driver's license
MUST have reliable form of transportation.
Ability to work some Saturdays.
Over 18 years old
Clean Background Check
Must own a smartphone (iPhone or Android)
Hiring process includes interview, background check, and paid on the job training.

FAQ

Will I be cleaning as well as supervising the other employees?

Yes. Most days you will be cleaning at a location, but you will also serve as a liaison between the owner and the other house cleaners. You may also be asked to check the work of employees at some locations to make sure projects are completed to Green for You standards.

What other things will I be handling as Supervisor?

Working with the owner on the overall efficiency of the business operation.
Making sure the owner is aware of any issues that come up.
Notifying owners when we need additional supplies
Assist in running of team meetings with the owner
Be a respectful representative of the company at all times.

Do I work alone or on a team?

Both! Most jobs are performed with at least one other cleaning technician, but sometimes you will work alone depending on the schedule. You must be able to transport your cleaning supplies (we provide the supplies!) from job to job.

How do I check my schedule?

We use an application on your smart phone to post schedules, notes about the job you will be working on, etc.

How do I get paid?

We use an online payroll service which will deposit your weekly paycheck directly into your account--if you would like. We can also pay you with a regular check if you prefer. The online payroll system also has a portal where you can log in and access your profile, tax documents, payroll history, etc.
