RCF is looking for a full time Support Team member.
As part of the RCF team, you will be responsible for cleaning for the health and safety of building occupants in the Treasure Valley . As a member of our support team, you will have the responsibility of providing and maintaining quality service to the standards and frequency within the cleaning specifications. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of cleaning and minor maintenance tasks which may include keeping public spaces neat and tidy, overseeing upkeep of cleaning equipment, filling supplies etc.
Job Requirements:
-Must have a valid Driver's License as well as a clean driving record.
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
-Must be available to work between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm. There may be occasions that you will be asked to work overtime.
-1 year preferred experience in general facility cleaning.
-Knowledge of project work/special services (Deep cleaning, construction cleaning, floor cleaning).
-Proficient in using smartphone apps and Google maps.
-Demonstrated skill and proficiency with cleaning equipment.
-Ability to identify and analyze sensitive issues and problems and to use independent judgement to make decisions and recommend solutions.
-Excellent customer service practices.
-Ability to listen and communicate clearly.
-Maintain excellent interpersonal and cooperative relationships with management, staff, and clients.
-Ability to accurately follow through on work activities with time constraints and interruptions to meet deadlines as well as to work independently with a minimum amount of direction and/or supervision.
-Ability to remain flexible, resilient, calm, maintain a sense of humor and to regularly present a well-groomed, professional image.
Responsibilities:
-Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day scheduled service delivery.
-Consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position.
-Cover vacant shifts.
-Perform special project work.
-Pick up orders from supply vendors.
-Deliver supplies to client locations.
-Install new soap and towel dispensers.
-Clean and stock janitorial closets.
-Maintain vacuum cleaners by replacing bags, cords, etc.
-Identify and correct safety hazards.
-Normally, 40 hours per week with extra time as needed to support the mission, activities, and expansion of the organization.
Frequent direct contact with clients, building occupants, vendors, RCF administrative staff, and cleaning team members.
-Perform other duties as requested or required.
