Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential cleaning and possess the ability to provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living rooms, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including carpet cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Manage the cleaning process, including creating cleaning schedules and prioritizing tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hotel and commercial cleaning standards.
- Follow all safety and health protocols, including proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless cleaning experience for our clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep accurate records of cleaning schedules, tasks, and client feedback.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial cleaning, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Experience with housekeeping management, including creating cleaning schedules and managing a team of cleaners.
- Proven ability to clean effectively and efficiently, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment, including carpet cleaning machines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of cooking and food safety is a plus.
