We are seeking daytime dedicated and reliable Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. 8am to 3pm availability. Some days may end around 4pm.
As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation and time management in various settings in residential properties. If you have experience in commercial cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, or housekeeping management, we encourage you to apply
*****Duties*****
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, vacuuming and mopping
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure effective results
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
*****Requirements*****
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or related field preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
