Duties
- Serve as the lead power washing technician for your crew.
- Drive the truck and equipment to the project each day.
- Employ the proper power washing and cleaning procedures.
- Work as a team to complete the project in a professional manner.
- Follow safety protocols.
- Ensure all equipment is operational before and after each shift.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Use experience to develop and mentor other team members.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional pressure washing experience is required.
- Proficiency in driving large vehicles is an advantage.
- Experience working outdoors is required.
- Ability to safely climb ladders and work on roofs.
- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record.
