```Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a Specialist, you will be responsible for checking other cleaners' work in units and in various other areas to ensure cleanliness and that units are move-in ready, and to make sure they are up to DABCO standards, while also ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for staff and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Check others on deep cleaning & general cleaning tasks such as scrubbing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming,
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to use provided devices efficiently (Tablet, walkie talkie)
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to drive company vehicles
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Experience:
-Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
