Cleaning Technician
Pay: Starting $14.00
Job Type: Part-time at Kalamazoo SSA Office
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Summary: We are looking for a dependable individual to join our cleaning team. This person will be responsible for the interior cleaning of all assigned properties while meeting company standards. This job requires a person who is organized, detailed oriented, has great attention to detail, and wants to learn how to better perform these duties. This job also requires the individual to be reliable and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Include but not limited to:
Dusting
Mopping
Sweeping
Removing Trash
Vacuuming Carpet and Rugs
Cleaning Door Glass
Restroom Cleaning, sinks, mirrors, toilets, urinals, disinfect/Mop all hard surfaces, stock all paper and soap products
Other items and detail cleaning will be ongoing per a specific schedule.
Requirements:
A reliable vehicle is required for this position
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- A reliable phone
- Must be punctual and reliable! (This is a key requirement for this position)
