American Cleaning Innovations is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Post-Construction Cleaners to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring newly constructed or renovated buildings are spotless and ready for occupancy. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Clean and sanitize newly built or renovated residential and commercial spaces.
- Remove debris, dust, and dirt from floors, windows, walls, and other surfaces.
- Polish fixtures, vacuum carpets, and clean and polish windows.
- Safely handle and dispose of construction materials and waste.
- Clean and prepare surfaces to ensure spaces are move-in ready.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor polishers and scrubbers.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure proper use of cleaning supplies.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience (post-construction cleaning experience required).
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and materials.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand, and bend for extended periods.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
**Schedule:**
- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
**Compensation:**
- $17 - $20 per hour, based on experience.
