In this role, you will keep our buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, removing rubbish, vacuuming, etc. You'll follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment and maintain/repair motorized cleaning equipment. Your duties will also include managing supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance and notifying management of the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.

Must-haves:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience
- A higher-level degree may substitute for experience
- Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Ability to complete scheduled, routine tasks quickly and efficiently without close supervision
- Must be capable of climbing stairs, ladders, and working on a stationary ladder
- Familiarity with the safe use of tools and cleaning products
- A solid work history and a strong background in janitorial.
- Knowledge of floor cleaning.
- Must know how to operate a floor scrubber and ride floor machine.
- Must be willing to deep clean restrooms, kitchens office areas and open warehouse areas daily!
- Valid Colorado drives license, with acceptable driving record.
- Must be a US Citizen (for security clearance reasons)
- Dumping outside trash as needed.
- Must be a self starter and able to work with limited supervision.
- Be a team player with a can do attitude.
- Punctuality and good attendance a must.
- Willing to cover in other SNC buildings.
- Able to work overtime as needed.
- Knowledge of all types of floor cleaning equipment and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Preferred:
- Past supervisory experience a plus.
Estimated Starting Salary Range: $18.44 - $25.36. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
