· Disassembles, cleans, sanitizes and reassembles mobile and stationary processing equipment, product processing lines and equipment and holding tanks.
· Cleans and sanitizes smallware’s associated with the manufacturing process; scoops, brushes, etc.
· Performs cleaning duties according to the Master Sanitation Schedule on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annual and Annual basis.
· Performs tasks documented on the Sanitation Daily Work Task Form.
· Works with the Quality Control Personnel to ensure that equipment passes the quality inspection after cleaning.
· Reacts to last minute changes in the schedule to adequately and safely clean equipment.
· Ensures GMP’s are being met with respect to sanitation procedures.
· Maintains the control and disposal of waste and debris throughout the facility.
· Maintains the Wash Bay in a neat and orderly fashion.
Works closely with Production and Quality Control Personnel to insure the general cleanliness of the facility and surrounding grounds.
