Overview
We are seeking a skilled Water/Fire/Mold Mitigation Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned Production/Restoration crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage the client experience and overall client satisfaction.
- Provide priority response to potential customers.
- Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates.
- Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
- Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
- Coordinate and oversee Mitigation/Restoration services with crews and subcontractors.
- Document and/or review job file to support the services provided.
- Manage Production/Restoration expenses.
- Manage equipment and materials (assets).
- Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines.
- Train/Manage Production/Restoration personnel.
Experience/Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required, Associates or Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
- Industry certifications strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations.
- Minimum 1 year management and/or supervisory experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
Occasional jobsite activities may involve lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance.
