**Job Overview:**
As a Housekeeper at The Madison, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will ensure that our community remains a comfortable and inviting place to live.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces for 27 rooms, the Lobby and Parlor room.
- Clean and restock guest bathrooms with supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing job duties
- Adhere to The Madison's standards of cleanliness and customer service
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
- Must be available between 9am to 5pm, 7 days per week (depending on hotel occupancy)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
