The Housekeeper reports directly to the Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. They will also need to exercise sound discretion and good judgment while implementing the policies and procedures for Bell Partners as they relate to the care and upkeep of the community.
As a Housekeeper with Bell, you will perform the duties required to maintain the community clubhouse and amenities, as well as clean all vacated units to help prepare them for lease and move-in. You will be responsible for cleaning all common areas to include the fitness facility, all bathrooms, laundry facilities, business center, offices, clubhouse, and vacated apartments as needed.

What you’ll do to make a difference:
- Properly adhere to all Bell Properties policies and procedures
- Inspect and clean common areas, daily before 9 am
- Inspect and clean offices
- Ensure that amenities are continually maintained in a clean and orderly manner
- Be in uniform standard and wear a name tag while on the job
- Clean vacated apartments as directed by the maintenance supervisor
- Regular attendance and punctuality
What you bring to our team:
- Understanding of and alignment with Bell Core Values
- High School degree or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
Physical requirements of the job:
- Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials
- Must be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects
Compensation Range
Hourly: $21.00 - $22.00
Incentive compensation opportunities are available and are performance based.
