Are you a reliable and detail-oriented individual looking for a part-time job with flexible hours? We’re seeking a dedicated Weekend Janitorial Worker to join our team in Christiansburg, VA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and can maintain a clean and welcoming environment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and Maintain: Perform thorough cleaning of 8 bathrooms, including sanitizing fixtures, floors, and surfaces.
- Cafeteria Upkeep: Clean and sanitize the cafeteria, including tables, countertops, and floors.
- Trash Collection: Collect and dispose of trash from employee break areas, labs, and maintenance departments. Ensure all trash is taken to the designated outside area.
- Detail-Oriented: Ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
Hours:
- Flexibility available.
- Work can start as early as 6:45 AM or as late as 12:30 PM.
- Approximately 5 hours per shift on Saturday & Sunday
Requirements:
- Independence: Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
- Friendly and Trainable: Must be personable and open to training and feedback.
- Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
