Location: Properties located throughout Pinellas County, FL
Pay: $18-$20 per property, depending on experience
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between properties.
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies.
- Willing to follow a detailed cleaning checklist specific to each property.
- Communication skills are essential – report repairs or broken items promptly.
- Willing to train the right candidate.
- Must fill out a W-9 form.
