Job Description: As a Short-Term Rental Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our rental properties are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards between guest stays. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us deliver an outstanding experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock essential supplies (toiletries, kitchen items, etc.).
- Ensure all appliances and amenities are in working order.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
- Adhere to safety and cleaning protocols.
- Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely turnovers.
- Occasionally assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience, preferably in hospitality or short-term rentals.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
