**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping operations of our hotel, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively. **Duties:** - Oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations of the hotel, including the management of a team of housekeeping staff. - Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are thoroughly cleaned, maintained, and serviced in a timely and efficient manner. - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and hospitality. - Implement effective housekeeping procedures and systems to ensure that the hotel's housekeeping operations are efficient and effective. - Manage the hotel's inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are maintained at all times. - Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance and front desk, to ensure that the hotel's housekeeping operations are integrated into the overall guest experience. - Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to any requests or concerns that they may have. - Ensure that the hotel's housekeeping policies and procedures are followed at all times, and that any issues or incidents are reported to management in a timely and effective manner. - Demonstrate a commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability in all aspects of the hotel's housekeeping operations. **Qualifications:** - A minimum of 2 years' experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a hotel environment. - A strong background in hospitality, with a focus on housekeeping and guest services. - A proven track record of managing a team effectively and ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and hospitality are maintained. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management. - A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability. - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and practices, including floor care and custodial duties. - Familiarity with hotel operations and the importance of providing exceptional guest service. - Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends. - Certification in housekeeping or a related field is an asset.
