Cabot Citrus Farms
Cabot’s first U.S. destination, Cabot Citrus Farms, is on 1,200 acres of rolling land and will include Cabot’s signature combination of world-class golf, luxury accommodations, and real estate opportunities. Opening in 2023, Cabot Citrus Farms will feature two revitalized 18-hole courses, a par-3 course, a new clubhouse, and extensive practice facilities. The property is a 50-minute drive from Tampa and an 80-minute drive from Orlando. While close to urban amenities, the property sits in the central-west region of Florida aptly known as the Nature Coast. Visitors will delight in one-of-a-kind experiences including exceptional hiking, biking, and nature trails at neighboring Withlacoochee State Forest, spring-fed rivers and bountiful lakes at Crystal River, and world-class fishing in the Gulf of Mexico.

The Profile
We are looking for individuals who embody a warm and welcoming attitude, naturally making others feel comfortable and valued. Key Responsibilities
Cooks: Prepare and present delicious meals, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and assist with menu planning and ingredient preparation.
- Golf Course Maintenance: Maintain the pristine condition of the golf course, including mowing, watering, and overall landscaping. Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and follow safety protocols.
- Servers: Provide exceptional dining service to guests, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and addressing any customer needs with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Housekeeping: Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards. Ensure all amenities are stocked and report any maintenance issues.
- Bell Staff: Assist guests with their luggage, provide information about the resort, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process. Offer a warm and welcoming greeting to all guests.
- Golf Operations: Support the smooth operation of the golf facilities, including cleaning golf carts assisting with equipment rentals, and ensuring a positive golfing experience for all guests.
- Landscape Maintenance: Maintain the resort's outdoor areas, including gardens and green spaces. Perform regular landscaping tasks and ensure the environment is visually appealing and well-kept.
- Front Desk: Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk, including checking guests in and out, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise. Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times.
- Reservations: Manage guest reservations, including booking rooms, golf tee times, and dining experiences. Handle inquiries and modifications with efficiency and a friendly attitude.
