This is a 1099 position. You must have your own tools, pressure washer. General excise tax id and your own commercial liability insurance. We are seeking dedicated Cleaning Technicians to join our team on Hawaii, Oahu, Maui, and Kauai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning roofs using a pressure washer. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with room for growth and skill development. Proven Cleaning Technicians can work their way up to $35/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Operate pressure washing equipment
- Use a pressure washer to clean roofs, driveways , etc.
- Inspect and assess surfaces for cleanliness and quality standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment
- Notify management of any repairs needed or safety hazards observed
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Must be a 1099 Independent Contractor
- Must have your own commercial liablity insurance, tools, tax ID and vehicle.
- Must own and know how to use a pressure washer
- Excellent physical health to perform manual labor, including lifting and bending
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Must have your own work vehicle
