Description
You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the offices, breakroom areas, and conference rooms. Your primary duties involve cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and removing trash to ensure a hygienic and inviting work environment.
Work Environment
- 1 floor in a building approximately 25,192 square feet
- Medium level of traffic with 150-175 employees
- Facility operates 24⁄7, 365 days a year
- Two separate areas and four bathrooms
Candidate Responsibilities
- Minimum of 3 years experience cleaning large facilities
- Perform cleaning duties including:
- Clean, dust, vacuum, and mop
- Remove trash from offices
- Maintain breakroom areas and conference rooms
- Availability to work weekends as needed
Additional Information
- Location: Jacksonville, FL 32209
- Duration: 3 Months with the potential to become Full Time
- Work Hours: M-F from 7 am - 4 pm, with part-time hours of 20-30 hours per week, potentially increasing to 40 hours
- Pay Rate: $15.00/hr on W2
