Roles and Responsibilities include: (but not limited to)
- Customer service and management of multiple job sites.
- Working alongside cleaners.
- On boarding of new employees.
- Training and supervision.
- Effective communication.
- Enforcement of Safety Standards.
- Inspection of Job sites.
- Oversee and manage site supervisors and lead cleaners.
- Work with Facilities Coordinator to effectively communicate with clients and employees.
- Turn in weekly reports to upper management.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- Management / Supervisory experience in related field.
- 2+ years office cleaning, exterior cleaning, event cleaning of high traffic facility.
- Experienced in all aspects of coordination for large events.
- Demonstrate and promote great customer service attitude with pride in your work.
- Fast worker showing initiative and follow through.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
- Bilingual English / Spanish required.
- Well groomed, displaying professional image at all times through appearance, dress, attitude as appropriate for business office.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and handling of cleaning supplies.
- Must be able to stoop, bend, stand, walk and other movements needed for cleaning up to 8 hours.
- Able to properly clean upholstery, all types of floors, walls, ceilings, windows, vents, doors, lights, trash cans, blinds, equipment, furniture and various types of surfaces.
- Available to work flexible schedule.
- Available to work overtime or weekends if needed.
- Need to be able to start work immediately.
- Must be able to lift / push 25lbs – 50lbs.
- Must be able to do all of the above with or without reasonable accommodation.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED:
- Must have previous janitorial experience / Supervisory experience – references will be verified.
- Must have a clean background check and ability to pass the background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable thru our carrier.
- Must have a keen eye for details.
- Must be very organized and able to follow a routine that provides regular daily inspection and clean assigned areas.
- Must have a friendly personality and willing to accommodate others.
- Must have a general knowledge of computer and cell phone.
- Must have reliable transportation.
