Make Ready Repairs LLC, operating as Dallas Plumber.com, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain our rental properties in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex, ensuring they are clean, organized, and welcoming for our tenants. Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all rooms are tidy and organized.
- Handle laundry tasks, including washing, folding, and ironing linens and towels.
- Restock household supplies, such as toiletries, cleaning products, and other essentials.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the property manager.
- Ensure the properties are left in a neat and orderly condition, following a checklist to complete tasks efficiently.
- Manage inventory of cleaning and household supplies.
- Adhere to all safety and health guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, residential cleaning, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must have reliable transportation and be punctual.
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Must pass a background check.
